Order processing and software delivery is undertaken by our software
affiliate pdassi.de. When you place an order the information is first
checked. Then the software developer is informed. The necessary
registration codes or complete software will be sent to you via email.
This can take two to three days.
Delivery and Returns
The right to return ordered products is restricted to 14 days following
the product's receipt. Downloaded software, registration codes, and
packed software that has been opened cannot be returned.
Technical Support
Technical support can be obtained by filling out a support request form.
We reserve the right in applicable cases to pass the support request to
the software developer.
Customer Number
You can find your customer number at the top left-hand corner of all
Pdassi documents (i.e. bills, packing slips) or in your order
confirmation email.
